Images and photos used on our Website are the property of the Organization or other Copyright/ License owners. They may not be reproduced or used without the Organization’s or the copyright owner’s explicit written consent.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, and specific terms of use relating to any specific material on the Website, then the latter shall be applicable.

The Organization accepts no liability for loss or damage, including personal/ other-directed injury, resulting from the use of this website. The Organization makes all reasonable efforts to make sure malware or viruses are not transmitted from this website. However, this cannot be 100% guaranteed. We recommend that You safeguard your device before accessing and downloading information and files. The Organization will not accept any liability for loss or damage caused by viruses.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Organization nor any of the Organization's third - party providers make any representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied:

Shipping Policy

The digital mental health products sold through the Website will be delivered immediately via email to the email address provided by the Purchaser at the time of purchasing the said product. The Purchaser can then download the purchased product(s) on their device. The digital product(s) cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or cancelled due to the nature of its delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following Refund and Cancellation Policy is only applicable to online Psychotherapy Services and not to digital mental health products sold by the Organization via this Website.

If You (i.e., the Service User) find a need to cancel a scheduled session due to an emergency, please notify the Psychologist via email ( compassionatecuriosityindia@gmail.com )/ text before the start of the scheduled session. This allows the Psychologist to reallocate the time to others in need.

In non-emergencies, if You (i.e., the Service User) do NOT notify the Psychologist at least 24 hours before the intended session time, the following cancellation charges will be applicable.

Cancellation before 24 hours or more with prior notice - No Cancellation Charges
Cancellation between 23 to 13 hours of scheduled session with prior notice - 50% Cancellation Charges
Cancellation less than 12 hours of scheduled session with prior notice - 100% Cancellation Charges
No show with no prior notice - 100% Cancellation Charges
Delay of more than 15 minutes to attend the session - 100% Cancellation Charges

There will be no refunds in any case for any of the digital mental health products purchased through the Website.

The refund amount, if applicable, will be directly credited to the Service User's bank account within 48 working hours of raising the dispute. If the refund amount is not credited to your bank account within these 48 working hours, please write to us at compassionatecuriosityindia@gmail.com

Payment Related Issues

If the Service User is facing any payment - related issues while scheduling Psychotherapy sessions, securing a seat for any workshop or training, or purchasing any digital mental health product, please share a screenshot of the payment gateway screen to compassionatecuriosityindia@gmail.com

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms & Conditions, and Your use of the Website. Your use of the Website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws as applicable.

Disputes Resolution

The Organization has taken precautions to ensure the content of this Website is accurate and legally correct at the time of appearance. If you believe the content of any of our pages is inaccurate, please send us an email at compassionatecuriosityindia@gmail.com
